This page sets out the full terms governing use of the jdbyy platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus policies, and player responsibilities.
Introduction — Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the jdbyy platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services, for anyone who accesses them. By visiting the website, opening an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement.
If you do not accept this Agreement, you may not use jdbyy's services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any change means you accept the revised terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
To open an account at jdbyy you must be at least 21+. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform. We reserve the right to verify your age and close any account registered with false information.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one personally registered account. Accounts sharing the same name, address, payment method, or IP address will be considered duplicates and may be closed.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must fill in accurate and complete personal information when registering. If your name, date of birth, or contact details are incorrect, withdrawals may be suspended and your account may be subject to verification. If any details need to be changed, update them directly in your account settings.
If you open more than one account, bonuses and deposits/withdrawals may be suspended.
Do not share your password with anyone. If you give someone else access to your account, you are fully responsible for everything that happens as a result.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
You can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods. Deposits are available 24 hours a day, Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is submitted. We may require that the withdrawal method match the method used for the deposit.
3.3 Verification (KYC)
We may request identification documents at any time before processing any payment. The mobile payment account and the jdbyy account must belong to the same person. Players may not request withdrawals without providing the required supporting documents.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The jdbyy welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount. This means you need to wager the bonus amount 15 times before a withdrawal is allowed.
If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering required: 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. Wagering required: 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- The details and restrictions of each bonus are described on its corresponding promotion page.
- Your account must be fully verified before you can claim a bonus.
- The same bonus cannot be given to the same player more than once.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement is met.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bonus promotions without prior notice.
VIP Levels and Cashback Policy
The jdbyy VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up the levels based on their total wagering volume. Weekly cashback rates are as follows —

The cashback amount and payment schedule are determined solely by our platform. Please note that cashback may also be treated as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements.
Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Actions
6.1 Fair Play
jdbyy strictly enforces fair play for all players. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and no player may attempt to hack game results or use software to play automatically (bot play).
6.2 Prohibited Actions
- Bonus abuse
- Colluding with other accounts to manipulate game results
- Money laundering or making payments that violate the law
- Using gaming software, bots, or any form of automated play
- Filing chargebacks
If any of the above violations are detected, we may close the account without prior notice and forfeit all bonuses and winnings without refund.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by Player
Players can request to close their own account at any time by contacting us via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the closure date. Any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.
7.2 Closure by Us
jdbyy may close a player's account for the following reasons—
- Breach of this agreement
- Providing false personal information
- Suspected money laundering
- As required by judicial or regulatory proceedings
Platform Services and Maintenance
8.1 Service Availability
jdbyy aims to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but service may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled or unforeseen reasons. We are not responsible for any losses arising from platform maintenance.

Personal Data and Security

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, jdbyy is not liable for losses from gameplay, platform instability, indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by factors outside the platform. Amendments and Applicability of This Agreement
These terms take effect as soon as they are published on the jdbyy website. Players are responsible for checking updates themselves, and continued play constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
